Alexander McQueen Embellished Pumps

Wow. When I think of white satin peep toes with black rhinestones, the image I get my my head is of some revolting tacky monstrosity, and not these simply beautiful pumps from Alexander McQueen. They're gorgeous, and just what I've been craving. Sometimes you need to see something beautiful to make you feel better about everything. I love the tiny rhinestones, and for them to be black rather than silver is an interesting and welcome change. I also really like the cut out at the back, yet again adding a little quirk to what could have been a fairly conventional shoe.

The back view is rather lovely too, with the studs continuing down the heel with the circular detail on the back. Obviously they're expensive, at a whopping £935, but sometimes it's just nice to indulge in a bit of shoe porn!
